Atropos BW Sketch Concept Picture

This is the original sketch I made of my own take on Atropos, the figure in ancient Greek mythology that is responsible for cutting the Threads of Life and as such is essentially the death of all mortals. Typical depictions regard the Fates as blind, hence the blindfold. She's also commonly associated with a large pair of scissors that she uses to perform her task, but I thought it'd be fun to shape her in such a way that the nature of her task is a part of her. This is why she has those large shears on her hands and a decomposed midriff.
