Persephone Picture

It's kinda hard to see, but it's Persephone, goddess of spring time. I made this with two linoleum prints and two wooden prints. On the left are poppies, which are a symbol of Demeter, Persephone's mother who is the goddess of the harvest. On the right is a pomegranate which grows in Hades's garden. Persephone ate one, and thus we have the seasons. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, you should read up on your Greek mythology. It's really awesome.

(And I'm not sure if I put this in the right category but whatever.)

EDIT: WOAH. Awesome fun fact- Persephone means "she who destroys the light"
