Leda's Child Picture

More tablet-y goodness! I've had this picture in my head for... .... well, a while now, and it's finally sorta out! ... I was planning a whole group of children like this all clustered on a rock or something, but it seemed a bit difficult to do unless I suddenly got a huuuuge monitor to doodle with. Meh, well. *shrugs* Um... Not sure about my mythology, but Leda was some... lady, I believe, who had something to do with swans and wings and such. I'm probably mixing up either Apollo and Artemis's mother or the mother of Helen of Troy and... possibly Castor and Pollux and blending it with some fairy tale or another.

... Oh, Leda was the mother of Castor, Pollux, and Helen. ... And Clytemnestra. Thank you, Encyclopedia Mythica! Yeah, Leda was visited by Zeus in the form of a swan, and she later gave birth to... two eggs, was it? But either way, from one hatched Castor and Pollux, and from the other hatched Helen. Why I just told you this, I don't know, but hey!

So, the title is... inaccurate, but I like the sound of it, so it stays.
