Shadow Horror Picture

And the men looked up in wonder
And the hounds ran back to hide
For the fox had changed to the Devil himself
Where he stood on the other side
This creature was surprisingly inspired by Heather Dale's rendition of "Black Fox". I took further inspiration from the Japanese Kitsune, Okami, and Inugami. Shadow horrors can be either good or evil but are always protecting something. Shadow horrors get their power from fear and blood more than they do the darkness, but they are rendered powerless in sunlight, often reverting into small canines like foxes and dogs when the sun rises over their domains
