Sons of Fenrir, v.1 Picture

Woodblock reduction print based on Norse mythology. Hati and Sköll, the sons of Fenrir the wolf, chase the sun and the moon. When they finally catch up to the celestial bodies, the two will devour them, signaling the start of Ragnarok.
Since Hati always chases the moon, he is forever in the light, as he has not caught up. So, too, is Sköll in the darkness, as he has not caught the sun. I depicted them against the backdrop of their respective prey, though, so I used the fur colour to signify which was which.
