The Glorious Final Holocaust Picture

This is a work in progress for drawing class. The piece measures 4' X 5', so it's quite large. This week the assignment was to use accumulative processes, and now it's time for reductive.

I decided to go all out with the imagery on this one. I let the processes and media dictate what I drew to some degree. There are some problems, I know. First, the composition is very central and it is hard to get past the huge guy in the middle. I may add other large figures, and I will change his pose/ show some movement with tonal variation and such. The sun symbol at the top shall go, and I will have to consider the surface more up there overall.

Anyway, any suggestions? I'm open to new ideas.
