A school sketch that I decided to do something with. I suppose it effectively turned into an excuse to try out textures and to abuse them...

The zenko, the "good fox". In Japanese mythology, among kitsune, foxes of the magical variety, the zenko were believed to be those who preferred a more benevolent existence than their wilier counterparts, the yako, "field fox". They had a tendency to be more willing to assist people in the place of spreading mischief or playing tricks.
