Pazuzu Picture

When i moved from home i decided i'll deacorate my walls with paintings, and since i can't afford buying anything that may look cool, i bought 6 pieces of plywood to paint on them. this is the first one

the name is pazuzu (wiki: In Assyrian and Babylonian mythology, Pazuzu (Sometimes Fazuzu or Pazuza) was the king of the demons of the wind, and son of the god Hanbi. He also represented the southwestern wind, the bearer of storms and drought.)
i was according to the gorillaz imagery of him like in 'rock it'
i didn't watch the exorcist so i wont have nightmares

the plywood piece is 1x1 metres big, but the painting vertically is a bit shorter because it wont fit in the place i want to put it so i will cut it down. i took the photo now becasue my room is very dark and i wanted the picture to be... well, visible.

the painting took overall 5 hours to be finished, but i'll probably make some alterations when the size is finally correct. i used tempera.

my cat handsomely took the task of introducing the picture to deviantart, and at the same time he's representing the size of the picture, so i rewarded him with a high-five and some chocolate for his effort.

!!!no matter how i tried, the photo ruined most of the colors and is a bit blurry, sorry for that!!! (this is an excuse)
