Avengers Neo- Hecate Picture

This is a picture of a character from my Marvel/Power Rangers/TMNT fanfiction story world.

This is Hecate, the Goddess of crossroads, the night and the moon, herbology, sorcery and witchcraft from ancient Greek mythology, known to the Romans as Trivia. She was the daughter of 2nd generation Titans, and had no direct relation to the other Gods of Olympus. Though she often appears as a normal pale skinned woman with dark hair, sometimes she is seen taking on one form with three bodies and one mind among them, or as a being with a single body and three heads. She chose to reside in the Underworld, and was a close friend and ally of Persephone, queen of the underworld. While she is identified with the underworld and witchcraft, she was often prayed to for blessings and protection, and was seen as a protector of children.

When worship of the Roman Gods faltered, Hecate retreated like the other Greek Gods, but her worship didn't completely die out, as she was often worshipped in Pagan and Wiccan rituals, sought for her mastery of witchcraft, and her name is often invoked by many sorcerers evoked in modern times by sorcerers alongside the likes of the Vishanti and Cytorak. When the Corona Aurora was completed, Hecate stirred alongside the other Olympians, and returned to the modern world.
There she became a patron of powerful magic users like the Order of Meledon, and joined forces with her counterparts from the Asgardian and Egyptian Pantheons, Amora and Isis, to fight the Elder God Set when the awakened and attacked other Pantheons.
Hecate possesses all the standard powers of an Olympian, being immortal and physically very strong. She is a master of sorcery, witchcraft and necromancy, and is the most magically powerful of the Olympians, reviling the energy manipulation of Zeus, Pluto and Neptune with her mystical prowess.
I drew her here in both a revealing outfit and more modest dress.
I made this picture from Dolls I found here www.angelfire.com/on3/lilyshan… by the artist Lilly and it is used with permission.
