Earendil the Wanderer Picture

Earendil the Wanderer, in J.R.R. Tolkien's mythology, is a half-elf, half-man, who loved the sea so much he became the most famous sailor and wandere in the history. Now the keeper of one of the Silmarilli (beautiful jewels containing both the light of the trees were the sun and moon were brought into being), he is called the Star Of the Dawn, because he sails on the sky with the Silmaril with him; fated to never set foot on land and to no ever talk to elves and men anymore, until the End of Days.
