Did this one yesterday while I was working. Needed to take a quick break and it was nice to divert my mind.

I've been noticing a lot of inaccurate representation of the Norse Mythos and while I understand that creative license is not entirely out of order, guys walking around with horned helmets is just plain stupid.

So I'm gonna start sketching a little more norse mythology.


Sleipnir is the offspring of Svaðilfari, , and the trickster god Loki. And yes, these are two male entities. Loki, after having made a deal with an unknown giant to award the him with the sun, the moon and Freyja's hand in marriage given that he can finish a protective wall for the gods, has to thwart the giant's labor and seduces his trusty workhorse in the form of a mare, which resulted in the birth of Sleipnir, Odinn's horse.

And don't let anyone tell you otherwise. 8I
