Caduceus Picture

I made quite a few modifications to the original symbol itself. The Caduceus is commonly known in Greek mythology as κηρύκειον kērukeion "herald's staff". The symbol represented the god Hermes (Mercury) in Roman times. The symbol itself is believed to have originated in ancient Mesopotamia around 2000 B.C.…

In my version the two entwined serpents represent duality in a balance. It also represents spiritual growth.
