Blue Butterflies Picture

1. Menelaus Blue Morpho (Morpho menelaus)

2. Mountain Swallowtail / Ulysses Butterfly (Papilio ulysses)

Two butterflies I got today. The upper one is sadly heavily damaged and I don't know if I can use it for anything. A lot of the colors is gone.
The lower one is single framed and will definitely be kept.

It is funny how both butterflies are called like greek heros.
Menelaus/Menelaos is a mythological figurine and king of Sparta and husband of Helena, who was taken by Paris to Troy.
Ulysses is the english name for "Odysseus" who is a hero of greek mythology and who also fought against Troy.
What connects those two myths with those butterflies?
