Adam Marks: The Key Picture

Adam Marks (the main character) from my comic project...

I'm sorry how rough this came out...
I lost my layers about halfway though. D: I had to make due.
All things concidered, I'm fairly pleased with how it came out...
Though, I', sure the internets will eat the color to death. >__>

So...this is my first digital painting. o__o' I don't think I'll be doing another anytime soon. >__> Freaking headache...!

But, who knows...I might. xD *Already has another idea*

Answers to commonly ask questions....

-What does this have to do with the story?
Actually, it's more figurative that anything...
As the title may suggest, Mirrors are a going to be fairly important in the story as a sort of gateway.
The lightening is more so to signify the power needed to open said gateway...though, it's not nearly as dramatic as this peice may make it seem. xDDDD
I just wanted to paint something awesome. >__>

-What is the story about?
Forgive my blan description...but, I don't want to give too much away.
The story is about a world shielded by an orginization called The Society who blinds said world's inhabitents to things The Society deam 'dangerous'. However, when an inhabitent of this world comes into contact with something or someone who has broken through The Society's barior and The Society is unable to wipe their memory free of it, the pour soul is sentenced to work for the orginization under their law and against the inhabitents will.
Kind of a 'Comunity Service' that never ends.

Again...sorry for being blan.

So, tell me what you think. You know I'm always happy to hear what you have to say. o.o
>__> Just please don't point out something I obviously already know...I mean, it just gets annoying getting forty of the same comment about something I already pointed out in the artist's comment. xDD

But, please. Feel free to give me a critique. o__o' I'm well aware I need improvement and would love a few tips from those out there who are MUCH better than I am. xD

Also, if you have any questions about anything, please let me know. I'm more than happy to answer.
Even questions about the story. Just ask.
