My Friend TIKBALANG Picture

For those who are not familiar of Filipino mythology. A TIKBALANG is a half horse half man. Well kinda similar with the centaur. The only difference is a Tikbalang has a Horse head and a body of a man (or even woman) while a centaur is the other way around.

According to some authors of Philippine folklore, Tikbalangs sometimes changes form to lure mates so that they can spread there kind.

Through the years, Tikbalangs became a symbol of evil but the truth is Tikbalangs are lovable and quiet creatures but sometimes they can be violent if they are harmed.
