The Trachiniae Picture

Some shots of my set design for Sophocles' greek tragedy The Trachiniae (or The Women of Trachis). It was lit from behind for the glowy effect with lighting from the front as well. I tried to approach it as if it could actually be translated into a full size production, although the simpicity of it might end up costing me marks.

The play tells the story of Deianeira's accidental killing of Heracles.

It made me remember how much I love greek mythology.
