Another of the Furies. The only reason this is a guy is because I just thought the design worked better that way. And besides, the female element still outweigh the male element two-to-one. Anyway, this guy is basically a cold torturer. His name literally means, in ancient Greek, "the unceasing" or "the implacable" (hence featureless mask).

If you fullviewed both this one and Tisiphone, you'll have noticed a similar motif adorning their forehead and left cheek below the eye. the forehead symbol is very story specific, so I won't give anything away on that part. The eye thing, however, is easier explained. The Furies were often described as having hollow eyes constantly dripping with blood.
