Goddess Nyx Picture

Nyx (Νύξ, "night") – Nox in Latin translation – is the Greek goddess of the night. A shadowy figure, Nyx stood at or near the beginning of creation, and was the mother of personified gods such as Hypnos (sleep) and Thánatos (death). Her appearances in mythology are sparse, but reveal her as a figure of exceptional power and beauty. She is found in the shadows of the world and only ever seen in gli
mpses.

Finally after many, many, hours I have finally finished Nyx. I went with naturally dark colors being Nyx is goddess of the night I went with colors usually seen dark purples, dark blues, black, and silver along with a tiny bit of white for a slight starry feeling with her moon staff and jewelry. Since it was said she mostly was in shadows I gave her a smokey effect showing that even if she were to appear to you she would still have the shadows with her always.
Enjoy!!
