The Messenger Goddess Picture

Second in the "Sailor Goddesses" series (a wacky crossover between Disney's "Hercules: The Animated Series" and "Bishoujou Senshi Sailormoon", for those of you who were not around last week), here we have Sailor Mercury as...well, Mercury. Or Hermes, to be precise. This is more or less his outfit, barring the fact that I attached it over BOTH shoulders to be more appropriate in public for a female. Heh.

I think she looks pretty cute this way, actually. The little red glasses work on her, the shoes he wears are--not counting the fact that they have no toes--very similar in size and colour to her own normal boots, and the tiny skirt is about the same length she wears when being Sailor Mercury anyway. I also had fun with the colours--Hermes on the show _is_ blue, all over, but Amy/Ami isn't, so I just gave her blue "trim" everwhere I could. Blue fingernail and toenail polish, blue belt, little blue earrings...
The details on all the wings and the staff were a pain in the butt to do, by the way...but worth it, 'cos I like the way this came out.
