Momus: God of Trollin 1 Picture

Another Greek god that isn't all that noted for some odd reason...

Momus was the Greek God of satire, mockery, censure and was basically the personification of unfair criticism and blame (basically, he was the Greek God of Trolling). He was the child of Nyx and thus was the half-brother of Thanatos and Hypnos (Death and Sleep). He was noted for lifting his mask in his depictions. He was once on of the gods that lived on Mt. Olympus and made fun of the other all the other gods until Zeus kicked him out after he made fun of the King of the Gods himself.

I decided to have him bisected in my series Hephaestus so that he can have twice the mockery as I draw inspiration from Statler and Waldorf from the Muppet Series for his depiction...
