Mnemosyne - Moneta Picture

Mnemosyne or Moneta, was the divine personification of memory in Greek mythology. The titaness was the daughter of Gaia and Uranus and the mother of the nine Muses by Zeus.

Zeus and Mnemosyne slept together for nine consecutive nights, thus birthing the nine Muses in a multiple birth.

Mnemosyne was also the name of one of the lakes of the underworld, the lake of memories, the opposite of the river Leto, that of forgetfulness.

Mnemosyne is a goddess highly intelligent and the best memory of the universe, apart from being beautiful, she is the proud mother of the nine goddesses of the arts known as The Muses.
She is always cheerful and loves to read and play mind games to exercise his mind, but also cares about its image and to stay beautiful all the time.
Mnemosyne says that all his knowledge is in his hairstyle (which takes hours to do, even with his magic)
Mnemosyne enjoys the Hera remind the 9 happy nights I spend with Zeus, just for the fun to enraged Hera.
From the day that his daughters were born, Mnemosyne I teach all the arts and sciences to the learned them, and likewise, The Muses they teach humans.
