Powers:

Lazer Light
Lucy doesn't use typical arrows with her bow. Rather she collects and harnesses light around her to compress into beams. To start, she only has a limited number of shots before draining her energy, and she doesn't have much range. Strength of each "arrow" and distance fired will progress as she levels.

Note: Ranges for weapon are based on that of similarly powered firearms to account for projectile distance
Level 1: 1-5 shots every 24/hrs, short range combat only (Point blank - 20 meters). Scorch marks and excessive heat are left on items easily flammable, etc: leaves, cotton cloth, paper. Skin impact will result in 1st degree burns, much like a mild sun burn.
Level 2: 5-15 shots every 24/hrs, short-midrange combat only (Point blank - 45 meters). Scorch marks, excessive heat, and indentations are left on items easily flammable, etc: leaves, cotton cloth, paper. Skin impact will result in 1st degree burns, much like an average to severe sun burn.
Level 3: 15-25 shots every 24/hrs, short-midrange combat only (Point blank - 100 meters). Each shot is a refined enough lazer that exposed flammable items will ignite on contact, etc: leaves, cotton cloth, paper. Skin impact will result in low level 2nd degree burns, minor blistering.
Level 4: 25-50 shorts every 24/hrs, short-longrange combat (Point blank - 250 meters). Each shot is a refined enough lazer that exposed flammable items will ignite on contact, etc: leaves, cotton cloth, paper. Scorch marks and excessive heat are left on items of a heavier density, for example heavy wood, metals or leather. Skin impact will result in 2nd degree burns and heavy blisters.
Level 5: **MAX** 75-100 shots every 24/hrs, short-longrange combat (Point blank - 500 meters). Each shot is a refined enough lazer that exposed flammable items will ignite on contact, etc: leaves, cotton cloth, paper. Burns, holes, dents, and excessive heat (burn to touch) are left on items of a heavier density, for example heavy wood, metals or leather. Skin impact will result in severe 3rd degree burns.

Ride The Light
Lucy can use one of her Lazer Light shots as a transportation vehicle. She can ride the bolt for a certain amount of distance, but only as long as she can concentrate on holding the beam together. Otherwise, if she stays there too long the arrow becomes unstable and as the particles disperse, she's thrown from the beam.
Level 5: 3 shots every 24/hrs. Short range only (0-20 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from severe motion sickness and nausea - requires a 60 minute resting period.
Level 6: 7 shots every 24/hrs. Short range only (0-45 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from severe motion sickness and nausea - requires a 45 minute resting period.
Level 7: 15 shots every 24/hrs. Short range only (0-100 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from moderate motion sickness and nausea - requires a 30 minute resting period.
Level 8: 15 shots every 24/hrs. Short-midrange only (0-250 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from moderate motion sickness and nausea - requires a 15 minute resting period. Can take one additional person with her twice a day for half the arrow's flight distance if they are physical touching her before releasing the shot from the bow.
Level 9: 20 shots every 24/hrs. Short-long range (0-375 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from mild motion sickness and headache - requires a 7 minute resting period. Can take one additional person with her five times a day for 2/3 the arrow's flight distance if they are physically touching her before releasing the shot from the bow.
Level 10: **MAX** 25 shots every 24/hrs. Full range shot (0-500 meters). If ejected from the arrow after too far a distance, she suffers from a mild headache - requires a 5 minute resting period. Can take one or two additional people with her five times for 3/4 the arrow's flight distance a day if they are physically touching her before releasing the shot from the bow.

Note: Passenger ejection after too long a distance will result in nausea and motion sickness, requiring a 30 minute resting period.

Oracle's Sight
Lucy is able to see glimpses of the near future, but is limited to what she can see inside a specific medium. (Much like the Oracle at Delphi, standing above a geyser of gas for seeking visions.) Because the future changes based on your actions, Lucy's vision is limited to the most likely of events based on her actions - or the actions of the people close to her, frequently in the forms of warnings.

Level 15: Lucy presently has no control over when or what she sees. There is no sound or speech accompanied, only visual. Usually only viewed as a momentary flash (1-5 seconds) out of the corner of her eye. She can catch her glimpses only in gaseous form such as smoke or steam.
Level 16: Lucy can now focus on the glimpses taking shape inside her medium, but still has no control over when they occur. Visions last up to 15 seconds, but she must focus or the image will fade. Turning her head or looking away will make the image disappear completely. She can now also see these images in substance such as clouds and fog.
Level 17: Lucy can now focus enough to force a viewing, but results are inconsistent and only successful 50% of the time. She has to be left completely undisturbed for any chance of seeing something. Forcing herself a vision results in blinding headaches, and she can't do it again for an entire week. Random an involuntary visions still occur without thought. Viewings now last up to 30 seconds and are view-able in </b>water</b>.
Level 18: Focusing now regularly produces results with commanding a viewing, concentration is key, with success 60% of the time. She can endure minor disturbances and background noise during concentration. Forcing a viewing now only results in major headaches, and a three day rest period before trying again. Random an involuntary visions still occur without thought. Viewings last up to 1 minute and are view-able in fire.
Level 19: Voluntary visions are successful 70% of the time, with moderate concentration needed. Average background noise and interference is acceptable. Headaches are mild with only a 1 day resting period between attempts. Random an involuntary visions still occur without thought. Viewings last up to 2 minutes and are now view-able in reflective surfaces including mirrors and glass.
Level 20: (MAX) She now has a 90% success rate in compelling a vision, though she is still limited to the most likely outcome of circumstances surrounding herself or the people closest to her. Only minor headaches occur during a voluntary vision, with a 12 hour resting time between attempts. Random an involuntary visions still occur without thought. Viewings last up to 3 minutes and are now also view-able in surfaces such as polished metal.

Blessings:
Lasso of Truth: For Lucy‘s blessing, she has received a lasso that can wrap around up to one to three people. When it wrapped around, that person can only tell the truth for one hour. Once the one hour time limit has been reached, the lasso unravels and returns to Lucy.

Personality: Outgoing, and fun loving. She loves anything that gets her outdoors. Camping, hiking, rafting, skiing, rock climbing, etc. She enjoys a good thrill and will almost always jump on the opportunity to try something new.
Flaw: Jealousy; Lucy gets very jealous. Being an only child, and living in an RV, she never had to share her attentions of her mother. And while she won't go kicking and screaming if she doesn't get what she wants, she definitely doesn't like sharing the spotlight. Her friends that she thinks are "hers", she wants to pay attention to her. And if she feels like that attention is drifting for too long, she may lash out trying to get it back.
Background: Lucy and her mother never spent much time in one place. They lived out of her mother's RV and traveled all over the North American continent. Home schooled by her mother, they made it a point to visit the places that she was studying at the time as best as possible, so Lucy grew to love history and mythological stories of all nationalities. She dreams of traveling across seas at some point and seeing Greece.

Other Info:
- She's not afraid of the dark. No really. She's not afraid, she just gets... nervous.
- It doesn't matter how long she spends in the sun, Lucy never gets a sunburn.
- Favorite food is ribs. Or anything barbecue. If it's been cooked over a fire or a pit, you can't really go wrong.
- "Graduated" early from High School. She finished when she was 15 on the road with her mother, though never had an actual cap and gown. Doesn't mind though, regular school sounds like too much of a hassle.
