This marks my very first day of my YEAR OF DRAWINGS for 2014. I will be drawing and posting everyday (posting may occasionally have to wait if I am off camping or something, but I will still draw everyday.) This is an interpretation of Janus, the Roman myth for which January is named. Janus was a two-faced man, with one youthful face gazing toward possibility, life, and the future, and the other gazing back on the past, the death of things, and the ceasing of movement. I made one face female to better represent the duality.
