Typhon and Echidna Picture

Ah yes, the Father and Mother of all (maybe most) monsters in Greek Mythology. When I discovered these two back in middle school they instantly had me hooked. I loved descriptions and info on these two like how they were bred by Gaea to challenge the Olympians and avenge the Titans. And how they spawned many classical monsters in greek mythology, notable ones seen here: [link] . I've never really actually drawn these two in full detail, maybe a scribble or two here and there. But this picture is me solidifing their appearances to me and how I view them.
Typhon is known as the Storm Giant, Echidna is a dracaenae. For my interpretations of them I chose the best parts I thought fit of them.
For one thing Echinda has the loser half of a snake, and the upper half of a beautiful nymph. She used her upper half to lure passerbys to her cave so she could grab and then eat them up. So she can't have scales or other non-human/nymph features, otherwise no one would go up to her cause she looked like a monster.
For Typhon theres been many different versions of him. One notable one is of him on a vase, having wings and snakes for legs: [link] . Now I didn't like the idea of him having wiggly snakes for legs, seemed silly, but I wanted to keep with old material. So I compromised, his legs are scaly and ending with opened snake mouths for feet. He has snakes for fingers, two scaly tails, and two massive ones next to his main head. He has two massive bat-like wings, and his body is covered in stormy weather. His lower half and arm in this picture are covered in heavy storm-like weather, looking very dark. His chest is more brightened up, and his head though more pointed is also basically storms and clouds. Theres a really interesting reason for that actually. In some old scripts, Typhon is sometimes mistaken of Set, the Egyptian god of the northern desert, chaos, and storms. And Set many times had the head of an unknown animal. So it only makes sense (at least I think) to have Typhon's head be unrecognizeable.
