The Origins of Sleipnir (as presented by ponies) Picture

This is my submission to #MLP-ATG-Alumni's Week 84 Theme - A Mythological Figure. If you're not familiar with Norse Mythology, this is a comic based on how Sleipnir (Odin's 8-legged horse) was born. Short version: The gods hire this guy to build a fortress, but they don't want to pay him, so they tell him to do it under a strict time limit, by himself. The man asks that he be allowed to use his horse, which Loki convinces the gods to allow. Turns out the guy almost gets it done, so the gods threaten Loki and force him to stop the guy from finishing the project. Loki turns himself into a mare and, shall we say, "distracts" the guy's horse to stall the project. Some time later, mare Loki gives birth to Sleipnir, who grows up to become the strongest horse alive and Odin's personal steed. Turns out, though, that it's all pretty pointless, as the gods discover the guy is a giant in disguise and kill him anyway.
